  • How can I make sure my design will digitize and embroider well?
    You need to provide us with the best artwork you have available. We can accept JPG or GIF files. If you have information about Pantone colors and logo size, be sure to include that information. Also, feel free to list any special requirements you may have. You will get a mock-up on how your item will look, once approved we will send it to production. A mock-up is a sample of how the final result will look. Keep in mind that each screen produces slightly different colors depending on your screen settings.
  • Are there any limitations on the type of graphics that can be reproduced with the embroidery process?
    Yes, there is. Tiny text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery.
  • How soon will my embroidery order arrive?
    Orders typically take 5-10 business days after you approve the design. Remember to factor in shipping time when estimating your order delivery. Ground shipping takes 3-5 days and other shipping methods take less time. You will need to approve the mock-up with the design before we stitch it on the item you want it on. We send it to you via e-mail. Once you approve the mock-up with the design we then go ahead and send it to production.
  • Are there any setup fees?
    There is a one-time setup fee if you upload a custom logo to be converted into an embroidery design. Depending on the size of the logo and the turnaround time it takes to digitize the logo or design.
  • How do I get my design to Bobbin Tailor?
    You can upload artwork in a JPG or GIF file. You can e-mail us your design to sales@bobbintailor.com or simply call one of our customer service representatives at 661-852-9369 to make arrangements.
  • What if I don't have a design?
    We also have graphic design services to help you get the best design for your project. You can e-mail us at sales@bobbintailor.com or give us a call and we will gladly assist you. There is a graphic design service fee of $75. Along the way, you will be able to make changes and review your artwork. Once you approve the mock-up with the artwork we will get it digitized and then once you approve the mock-up we will send it to production.
  • Why do you charge a setup fee for digitizing a logo or design?
    Custom logos and designs still need to be digitized by hand for the best results. Our design team has access to state-of-the-art digitizing software. Once you pay us to digitize the logo or design you will never have to pay for it again, unless it's a different logo or design.
  • How much will it cost (are there any hidden fees)?
    We like to keep it simple. We disclose all our prices and total them up for you during the checkout process. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES. There are four main costs you have to be aware of when ordering custom embroidery: Setup cost(digitizing), Embroidery cost(sometimes called stitching or application charge), Garment cost, and Shipping cost. Lastly, if you order our graphic design services from us.
